Important Cancellation and

No Show Policies

Please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. You may cancel appointments up to 12 hours before your start time.

Any appointment longer than an hour,

24 hours is required.

Yes, we have a NoShow Policy! By booking, you authorize TWS to charge your credit card or request payment, on any no-show or due to not following the 12-hour policy! The fee is 100% of the scheduled value, should you miss your visit without proper notification. Please be on time for your appointment, so I can stay on time... Please make sure your hair growth is a minimum of 3 weeks, although it is recommended your hair growth is 4-6 weeks.
